ONLINE INTERVIEW /Only SOUTH INDIAN CANDIDATES 

BMS TECHNICIAN ( SALARY: SAR 2200 – 2800 + 200 for FOOD)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates Must have DIPLOMA holder with minimum 5 Years’ experience in HEALTHCARE Facilities maintenance and Operational electrical system.
• Daily monitoring and recording the BMS devices and system which includes but not limited to DGP Panel, Interface Connection between BMS, DGP and Field Devices & Equipment’s which includes MCC Panels, AHU’s, Chillers, Primary & Secondary pumps, VRV’S, FCU’S, RO System, Fire Fighting System, Pressure Monitors, Medical Refrigerator, All Pumps Control Panels, Sensors, etc.  and report to Superiors with Check list and Findings.  
• Excellent knowledge to Operate, maintain and Trouble shoot the Control Systems which includes but not limited to DGP Panel, Interface Connection between BMS, DGP and Field Devices & Equipment’s which includes MCC Panels, AHU’s, Chillers, Primary & Secondary pumps, VRV’S, FCU’S, RO System, Fire Fighting System, Pressure Monitors, Medical Refrigerator, All Pumps Control Panels, Sensors, etc.             
• Knowledge to understand the wiring diagram for DGP’s and all Interface drawings between BMS, DGP and Field Devices and troubleshooting for any fault Alarms. 
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance activities as per the Schedule includes DGP Panel, Interface Connection between BMS, DGP and Field Devices & Equipment’s which includes MCC Panels, AHU’s, Chillers, Primary & Secondary pumps, VRV’S, FCU’S, RO System, Fire Fighting System, Pressure Monitors, Medical Refrigerator, All Pumps Control Panels, Sensors, etc. and involve with the Vendor equipment’s which are under Annual Maintenance contract.  
• Installs new BMS circuit wirings, DGP’s, Control Panel, Sensors, boxes, Thermostat, BMS Systems and similar items in accordance with prescribed standards.  
• Troubleshoots defective BMS systems which includes DGP Panels, All Electrical MCC Panels, and all other Control Panels and devices related to Mechanical & HVAC system

  NOTE:

• GCC Experienced candidates only can apply
• Working Hours : 8 Hrs. per day
• Accommodation & Transportation will be provided by company
• Age Limit : up to 40 Years
• Contract Period: 2 Years and Renewable .
